location of resend_ob_message script

Hello, can anyone tell me where can i found the tcl script like: resend_ob_msg, save_ob_msg? thanks

  Look under the tclprocs directory for a script called recovery33.tcl or something similar. It will hold all of the “ob” scripts such as resend_ob_msg, save_ob_msg, and so on.
