Ipeople interfaces

Hello all,

             Does anyone work with a company called Ipeople for outbound interfaces?  They do some custom work for us to pull info from our Meditech system and send to Cloverleaf and we are getting socket connection errors, I was hoping someone out there uses them and can go over their settings real quick with me.
