      I’ve set up an HL7 bidirectional interface with an external client. I receive messages in, translate and send to OutboundThread1. ExternalClient receives and processes messages and returns to OutboundThread1. From there, they are sent by static route to OutboundThread2.

      InboundThread –> OutboundThread1 <--> ExternalClient

                                            .

                                  OutboundThread2

      I seem to be receiving the messages back from ExternalClient, but they are not all being delivered to OutboundThread2.

      My guess is that there’s something wrong with my configuration, but I can’t figure out what. …Any ideas for where I can look?

          Hi Kathy,

          I assume you send one message to ExternalClient and then expect a message as a reply to this message?. In that case you need to configure “Route Replies’ instead of ‘Route Messages’ to send the reply-messages to OutboundThread2. This can be done by a static route.
