      We are creating an ADT interface to an application (MIMS) that does not support real-time TCP/IP.

          Ryan,

          How’s it going?  To answer your question, I think the best approach would be to do this in an outbound tps proc and apply the headers and trailers to the outbound message.  I don’t have any code to provide, but, you should be able to develop this without a problem.
