      Has anyone seen this warning before?  I noticed it in my error log on Cloverleaf for a process that panicked.  I have never seen this before and wonder what it means.

          Ariba – I haven’t seen this error in a while.  What version of Cloverleaf and Rev are you running on?  OS?

            Cloverleaf 5.2 using UNIX

              I looked in the bug database and the most recent case showed that there was an issue with a proc that was missing a switch command.

              New code here or has this been running a while?  Turn the process up to enable all and send it to the support folks as well.

                This is something that has been running for a while now.  I would say at least a year (probably more).

                FYI- I see this in the log file for this process.

                PANIC: Thread panic—engine going down

                PANIC: assertion ‘boLength(bo) == endoffset – startoffset’ failed at ProtocolDriver.cpp/962

                  Ariba – Check the size of your smat files.  This error would indicate something wrong in that area.
