QDX Windows IDE Connect Problems

      I’m wondering if anyone has had this problem.  When connecting to a virtual IP address in the IDE I get the following error:

      java.net.UnknownHostException: No entry in proxy socket for host:

      But if I enter the actual ip address it connects fine and then I can actually reconnect to the virtual ip address with no problem. But if I close the IDE I get the same error when coming back in.

          If you add the following line to $HCIROOT/server/server.ini

          you’ll be ok when using the virtual ip address.

          [firewall]

          rmi_exported_server_port=172.20.67.187

          Use your ip address of course.

          Then bounce the host server and you’ll be in business.

          You need to always use the virtual name from then on.
