How do I set up in an xlate to move/get the hour charaters of admitdate/time field 0(1).PV1.00174.[0] to a FRL field 2 characters in len.

  Something like the following should work, where the time starts in the 7th position of the field for 4 chars.
  
  set xlateOutVals
  6 4]]
