Has anyone ever created a scoreboard – a tool that measures performance – for your integration/interface team? If so, could you please share some of your ideas on what integration-specific data, metrics, results, etc… look like.

Right Data to the right place at the right time with no lost messages.
If we accomplish that we are considered doing our jobs.
Any more is generally management directed time expense (in my opinion).
Actually we don’t have any formal metrics of which I am aware. I guess if we keep our customers happy…
