Clovertech Digest Emails unreadable

For the past several weeks, the Clovertech Digest emails have not been readable. I have not changed any setting in my email system so I should be able to accept HTML. I also checked with our Groupwise email administrator and she did not know of any changes that would have affected this. I thought it was just a temporary glitch but it has not been resolved yet. Is anyone else experiencing this problem? Here is an example of part of an email I received:

Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable X-MIME-Autoconverted: from 8bit to quoted-printable by moroha.quovadx.com id k5ELIxJ6032726 Dear Barry Sheesley

  To receive the email digests, log in to the Clovertech site and click on the Digests button at the top. You can then select which digests to receive.
