Upgrading from 3.5.2P to current

Hi All,

We’re getting ready to start the upgrade process; first step – a project plan.  Does anyone have a project plan they are willing to share?  I’m not very project sophisticated and will probably keep it in excel.  I just want to make sure I’ve accounted for all the major tasks (you know, impress my boss).
