Enhancement Long Description:

Would like to see an ‘Info’ button added to the thread Full > Control button panel to allow the display of comments/support information associated with a given thread.  This could be just a simple display window with free text that allows operators that are monitoring the thread to view information/comments about the connection while in NetMonitor.  Generally, we have additional support documentation that operators refer to when they have a question about a connection.  It would be nice to allow the operators to just click on an ‘Info’ button within NetMonitor to get this information.  Most likely, it would be information entered in NetConfig, but displayed in NetMonitor.
