bgerror

When trying to run hciprocstatus.htc, I occassional get this error:

 bgerror failed to handle background error.

   Original error: broken pipe

   Error in bgerror: invalid command name “bgerror”

The bad thing is that the hcitcl process is stuck–it just hangs.  I can stop the process, though.

I can’t say for sure, but it appears after this happens several times, the site’s database needs to be reinitialized because threads won’t start, stuck in the initializing state.
