Alert Message in Minutes

%A content like “The percent of CPU time used by system processes for localhost has been more than or equal to 90 for 900 seconds” is not so user-friendly. How can I config the alert to convert the duration from seconds to minutes?

  Edit the alert and change the duration to N min.
  
  Obviously change 900 to 15.

  Sorry for not clearly descripe the problem. I have config the alert in minutes as michael mentioned. But the alert message A% still returned in seconds.
  
  has anybody encountered the same problem or all of you get the A% in minutes as configured?
