      Hi Guys,

      I am currently involved in migrating my interfaces from 3.8.1 to 5.3 (rev 3). My test site freezes when I try to use autolog cycling option (cycle logs when 100kb). I receive following errors:

      prod:prod:DBUG/1:    nfs_adtoe] Automatic cycling of output log files: eoLogFileCycleThreshold:100 kB logFileSize:182 kB errFileSize:0 kB

      [prod:prod:INFO/0:    nfs_adtoe] Environment variable HCI_EOCYCLE_TRIES not found, using default.

      [prod:prod:INFO/0:    nfs_adtoe] HCI_EOCYCLE_TRIES = 200.

      At that point, I cannot do anything. I have to reboot the server to clear up the mess.

      Any ideas whether this is a bug or I have an incorrect setup?

          Hi,

          I have found the best way is to write a script that runs hcicmd and schedule this every hour/day/week etc.

          One thing to try is to add the following to any client.ini files under the [GENERAL] section:

          netmon_auto_load_logs=false

          Hope this helps.
