File protocol enhancements

Enhancement Long Description:

Built in capability (not tcl coding) for the various flavors of file transfer protocols.

1. Ability to specify inbound files by name in a directory using regex’s or wildcards. I should be able to specify all files named *.dat and ignore the rest.

2. Capability to archive (to any directory on the remote or local host), rename(to any directory), delete options for inbound files. Just deleting the file as it is read is a poor option.

3. Ability (for outbound files or archive/renamed inbounds) to specify file name extentions like timestamps or sequence numbers. For example, If I want to output a file, I should be able to call it FILE-200510051439.dat, not just FILE.dat.
