Enhancement Long Description:

On resends from Network Monitor add the ability to choose EOF Terminated along with Length Encoding and New Line.

You currently have all three of these options on the testing tool.  I have recently run in to a situation that I needed to send a file that was not in either format.  On the thread I have a inbound TCL proc that breaks up batch produced files into messages.  I was not able to resend a file that I had FTP’ed to me with out:  1. Putting the file in the correct directory the thread was looking for and also the correct naming conventions, or 2. Run the file through the testing tool first.

I know this is a minor inconvenience but it would be nice if the resend had the same file options as the testing tool.
