We are running Quovadx 5.2.  When the filesystem reaches 90% the engine stops writing to the save in/outbound messages files, but continues to write to the proces logs warnings that there is no space available.  I see where the default alerts (per site) check the available disk space, but where is it configured that the engine stops writing to the save in/outbound messages files at 90%?  Can I change this?  Can the process logging of a disk space problem be stopped, as this only exacerbates the problem.

      Hi John,

I don’t think stopping the in/outbound messages when at 90% is configurable; I think it’s a feature of the process/monitor daemon.

About the process logging: it can’t be disabled, but you can cycle the logs so it won’t fill up the filesystem. You can do this in the Network Configurator, under Process/Configure…. Just check ‘Automatic Log Cycling’ and put in the Threshold in Kilobytes.
