newbie X12 HIPAA-4010 .. 270 question

ok .. I loaded a file using the X12 parser ..

I received an error that I am not able to comprehend…

FOUND ISA WITH INVALID SIGNATURE

  What to you mean you loaded it with the parser? Which tool.
  
  My best bet would be that the ISA is not of the correct fixed length. The ISA element is the only element with all fixed length fields required.
