Sending Charge Batch in 5.3

      We have just upgraded our Support site from 3.8.1 to 5.3. One of our threads is a Charge batch that is downloaded one time per day. The 5.3 version is failing to process the file, but the old 3.8.1 site is able to recognize and process the same batch file we are trying to send through 5.3. We have checked the thread configurations and they match. Is there some difference in the way 5.3 handles batch files? Any ideas on why 5.3 would not be able to trace a path to these files?

          Did you ever figure it out?  

          We put 5.3 in our test environment and noticed that the advanced schedule threads pick up files on startup (surprise) in addition to their scheduled times.  Maybe your files are getting processed when you aren’t expecting?

          Otherwise I’d suspect engine specific paths are the culprit.

            Yes Nathan, we did figure out the problem and it was an engine specific path name that was pointing to our old test site rather than the new 5.3 test site.
