We are in the process of installing Epic system. The project manager has decided that they will hire new interface analyst to work on this project from both the EPIC side and Cloverleaf side. In other words this interface analyst will focus on both pieces.
We are to create a new site and new interface between EPIC and the other external systems will be handled under the Project Manager.
Has anyone faced such a situation in the past? How did you deal with such an arrangement?
In my humble opinion, I find this as an insult but management has the wisdom and I will leave it that.
