CPU usage gone up to 96%

Hi Guys

We had a scheduled reboot on the weekend and after we brought up the 7 production sites, the CPU utilization has gone up to 96% (normally less than 55%).

We are on AIX 5.1 and Qdxi 5.3. When I type in the command ‘ps augwww | less’ it gives me the output:

Qdxi Support says these ‘keybuild elog/rlog’ should not be listed in the processes.

In order to remove this error, we brought down all the sites, killed the processes manually linked with these keybuilds, cleaned the sites and brought them back up again. Now we have ‘keybuild elogs’ instead of ‘keybuild rlog’.

Can anyone suggest us as to what is the problem and what can we do to resolve it.
