Alert Configuration

I have a user that wants an alert to run only during the week.  I see where I can specify what weekday I want my alert to run.  I searched through the documentation, looking for the values that I should place into the weekday configuration, 0=Sunday, Sun=Sunday, Sunday=Sunday ???

Has anyone done something like this and what are the values?

The concept for the alert is to only have the alert active during the work week.  The alert would be run to check if a result has been received in the last 24 hours from a given connection.
