Enhancement Long Description:

Make all of the configurators able to work on files locally on the client machine so that there does not have to be a constant connection to the host in order to get development done.  Along with this you would need to make the testing tool able to act on those local files as well.  There are many benefits to this because you would not have the concerns about the HostServer dropping out from under you while you were working on something.  Additionally it would decrease the load on the server.  At the point where this is available, the HostServer would just allow facilitate migrating changes to the box.
