elog.elogdb-wal reduction?

      Simple question, how do I clear/reduce/get rid of this file?

      I’ve run hcidbdefrag -A and with all the switches individually, as well as hcidbinit -A and with all the the switches individually, and it will touch/clear ALL OTHER databases but that one. Is there something I’m missing to clear it? All recovery and error databases are clear at the time I’m attempting to get reduce the files.

      Probably missing something simple, what is it?

          I am just musing out loud here, but I wonder if that is not a copy of the elog with a person’s initials (-wal). Is that possible?

            Actually it’s a temporary file created by SQlite, in this case for the error database.

              You can clear this file by removing all messages from the error database, shutting down the site and running ‘hcidbinit -e’. If the file still remains after this, it can be safely removed before you restart the site.
