Collapsing specific range of Actions in Xlate

CL 19.1 and 2209

It would be useful for the collapse and expand feature to extend beyond all. I can see usefulness for selecting a range of Actions and have the right click pull-down include collapse all and expand all.

I am finding using IF Actions for reducing complicated sets of Actions is helpful but having to collapse and expand one at a time is annoying.
