Enhancement request: Xlate Testing tool should set IB filename

CL 19.1.
When testing an Xlate if one needs the information from the IB filename Metadata field it is not there.
It seems to me it should be possible for the Xlate Testing Tool (and perhaps others) to take the file name provided for testing and present that as metadata.
I am unsure if this works the same way in CL 2209 as I have not yet had an opportunity to test that, but I am pretty sure the same behavior exists.
