Recovery/Error database cleanup automation

Has anyone tried automating recover/error database cleanup after it reaches certain size? I’m looking for a script that will automate the clean up of the error and recovery databases cleanly. If anyone has anything to share that would be great.

I am also attaching cleanup script which i have however at time it fails to bring processes up after reboot does anyone has better way to bring processes back up cleanly?
