Date enhancement for Xlate

There are date/time related provided temp variables for the Xlate. I think the attached are all of them (at least in the release I got this from).

Note what is missing – the month number. But the RFC2822 formatted date/time IS there twice.

Now I know it is a simple task to use a tcl snippet or a TABLE to get the current month number, but I think (and have since release 3.1) it should be a non-event for this to be added to the collection of provided date/time temp variables.

So, I guess this is an enhancement request.

Add the month number as a temp variable in the Xlate.
