Cloverleaf 2023.06 (20.1.3.0) Upgrade as scratch install

How far back do I need to go to install to the latest version of cloverleaf? LINUX64 RHEL8.

Do I need to install back to HVI-CLIS_20220900_LINUX64.tar.gz where it is not marked as a patch? Then each patch forward. Not clear in release or installation notes unless I missed the important language.

  I really dislike that they named this patch with the new version format. It made it confusing. This patch you referenced is associated with 20.1 major release. 202209 is the current major release so it will depend on what version you are running on.
