Can’t get to Infor Extreme

Is anyone else having trouble logging into Infor Extreme? I can get to the login page and enter my credentials. Then the URL changes to this:

https://inforsso.infor.com/idp/6xGDr/resumeSAML20/idp/SSO.ping

And the browser does not go anywhere. Is this a security issue?
