New User created unable to log into Cloverleaf Dev using certificates in Prod

      I created a new user in Production environment and copied files user-cert.der, user-info.der, user-skip.der, enc-user-key.der to /integrator/server/certs/issued in Dev environment. The new user was able to log in Cloverleaf GUI in Production but not in Dev. We are using Cloverleaf Version 6.2.3 and AIX. Can some one help me?
