Advice using TLS 2.0 using TCL on Cloverleaf 6.1.2

Hello All,

Advice on using TLS 2.0 using TCL on Cloverleaf 6.1.2 do we need to install any libraries for it to get it work or if anyone has developed a TCL code to use TLS 2.0 0n 6.1.2 and share me the sample code  would be appreciated this is for Massachusetts VXU interface.

We will be upgrading to 6.2 in 6 months but there is a deadline that we need to meet to update the TLS in a month
