Disallowed Gateway routing

I am having issue message in the error database saying “Disallowed Gateway routing”. Has anybody experienced this issue? I saw there is one discussion that suggest to change the thread type to vendor or external but can’t find that option in the thread.
This is CL6. It happens when it tries to send a reply to another thread.
