Dicom C-FIND using LDL Format

Hello,

I’m trying to make an .xlt to convert an HL7 ORM message into a Dicom C-FIND that queries our PACS using the Accesion number from the ORM message.

I’m not sure how to define the correct LDL Message type format.
Should the message only contain the C_FIND_RQ_DIMSE segment? and if so, how do I enter the selection criteria to that message?

Having a sample C-FIND message would be a great help.
