resend from error db to different destination

Is it possible to resend messages in the error database to a different destination? If so, how?

  You can dump the messages from the error database to a file, then resend from the file to the desired thread using the ‘resend’ button off the NetMonitor.
  
  Depending on your Cloverleaf version, you can also resend using the ‘Error Database’ GUI which looks and functions like the SMAT DB tool.

  The messages in the error DB were going to a different thread that has since been deleted or renamed. I need to reroute these to the new thread.
